Formerly a teacher, Ralph chose to pursue a career emergency medicine after witnessing one of his students get in a bad car accident. As a nursing supervisor in the emergency care center, Ralph loves working with new employees and educating them on new techniques and procedures. He treats patients the way he would want to his family members to be treated.
