Robert’s mother, who worked in the hospital lab for many years, inspired him to pursue a career in healthcare. Robert views it as his mission to ensure that patients are satisfied with their care, and he makes an effort to visit and check on them every day. Robert also likes training new hires and helping them get their careers started.
